I highly recommend Underground Core Fitness! The 30 minute classes are intense and fun, I always finish knowing I accomplished a great workout. I love that I can do a complete workout in 30 minutes and because classes start and end on time, you can fit it into your schedule and get on with your day. Jeremy structures his classes in a way that allows anyone at any level to join; he offers modifications to exercises depending on your level of strength and readiness. He motivates you to push yourself and he has this way about doing it that isn’t overbearing. He is always switching things up and keeping it interesting; you never get bored! Every training session with Jeremy is packed with fun and challenging exercises that produce fast results. He always mixes it up; every workout is well balanced and he makes it a point to stay abreast of new methods in personal training that will benefit his clients.
The best thing about the classes is that we are always doing something different. Jeremy is extremely creative in designing the workouts, yet people at all levels of fitness can participate. The workouts are always fun and class is never boring. Jeremy offers the best of both cardio and strength training.
I started with Jeremy about 6 months ago. To date, I’ve lost over 20lbs and dropped 4 sizes in clothes. I have more energy today than I than I did when I was in my 20’s. If someone was to tell me that I would be running in 5, 8 and 10K races and training for a half marathon I would have said they were crazy.
