GROUP TRAINING CLASSES
Underground Core Fitness Group Training classes are designed to improve fundamental strength and conditioning. Each workout is structured so that every exercise can be performed at progressive levels, with our Certified Trainers helping to guide you through these levels of exercises. We accomplish our goals through the use of a variety of techniques and tools, but never weight- or workout-machines.
Several of our methods include:
- body weight exercises
- suspension training
- power wheels
- resistance and assistance bands
- plyo boxes
- battle – ropes
In our training, we also integrate elementary skills such as running, jumping, and crawling. Though they may seem basic, these skills arm you with the functional stability, strength, stamina, and power you need to live your daily life with excellence.
We at Underground Core Fitness strongly believe that developing your skills and your body should be FUN; although we always work hard, we love to play, too!

2 on 1: Workouts for two and geared to meet the needs and focus of both participants provides an excellent value. Working out with someone helps with accountability and adherence while increasing success and results by 80%. Ideal for friends, spouses, siblings and team mates.
