To get started in any of our programs here at Underground Core Fitness we first want to take the time to find out what exactly you need by performing our movement assessment and evaluation. This assessment will give us a clear understanding in which program is the best for you to reach your goals.
During your consultation we will learn more about your health history, any past injuries, your training history along with your specific goals. We will also take you through a functional movement screen and test your fitness level. During the functional screen we will have you perform basic movements and we will find out exactly where your program should start and what it should include to get you started right.
